Welcome to iCan Bin Cleaning LLC! By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
iCan Bin Cleaning LLC offers residential and commercial trash bin cleaning, dumpster cleaning, and related pressure washing services. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
2. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must ensure that trash bins are empty and accessible on the scheduled cleaning day. Bins should be at the curbside by 8:00 a.m. and remain available until 8:00 p.m. on the scheduled cleaning day.
- Service may be refused under the following conditions: 1) More than two bags of garbage remaining in can; 2) Unbagged or loose trash, diapers, human or animal waste; 3) Hazardous waste or substances
- If bins are not accessible or contain waste, we reserve the right to charge a missed service fee.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of any changes to their service needs at least 24 hours in advance.
- iCan Bin Cleaning LLC will communicate via email and/or SMS messaging. Please ensure “donotreply@mail.jobatory.com” is whitelisted to ensure your emails do not land in your junk folder.
- iCan Bin Cleaning LLC may place decals on customer bins for purposes of readily identifying them.
3. Payment and Subscription Plans
- Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Subscription plans are billed automatically based on the selected frequency.
- Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
4. Charges
You agree to pay all charges for your use of the service at the prices in effect for your area of residence at the time of sign-up. All charges are exclusive of sales tax or other applicable taxes unless required by law. iCan Bin Cleaning LLC reserves the right to change prices or institute new charges, and any pricing changes will be communicated via telephone, mail, or email. Your continued use of the services after receiving notice of price modifications constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Payments are due according to the selected billing cycle and must be made using the credit or debit card designated by you. If your payment is declined or otherwise not honored by your financial institution, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand. By using our services, you confirm and authorize iCan Bin Cleaning LLC to charge your designated card for recurring payments as per your selected service schedule.
If you subscribed under a pre-paid discount for a fixed period, those fees are non-refundable except in cases of verified relocation. You must promptly inform iCan Bin Cleaning LLC of any changes to your payment information, including card number, expiration date, and billing address. Our service operates on a recurring charge basis unless you opt out before your next billing date by canceling via email at info@icanbincleaning.com.
If you cancel a recurring service within 30 days after your first cleaning, you authorize iCan Bin Cleaners to charge your card the difference between the discounted recurring service price and the published one-time cleaning price. The minimum yearly cleaning plan fee for new customers is currently $55.00. For example, if you sign up for a monthly service at $24.00 and cancel after the first cleaning, you authorize us to charge an additional $31.00 (the difference between your payment and the $55.00 one-time cleaning rate).
iCan Bin Cleaning LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your service without notice if your payment is declined, rejected, or if your financial institution seeks a return of a previous payment. This right is in addition to any other legal remedies available to iCan Bin Cleaning LLC.
5. Service Limitations
- iCan Bin Cleaning LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage to bins or surfaces being cleaned.
- Extreme weather or hazardous conditions may cause service delays or rescheduling.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- Customers can cancel services at any time, but refunds will not be issued for partial billing cycles.
- If we are unable to provide services due to our own scheduling conflicts, we will reschedule or offer a credit.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- iCan Bin Cleaning LLC is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Customers agree to release iCan Bin Cleaning LLC from liability for any damages to bins, property, or surrounding areas unless due to negligence on our part.
